This really doesn't have anything to do with Philmont per se, but I
figured that this group may be able to answer the question.
The command to drop the salute (e.g., during a flag ceremony) is "Two."
What is the meaning and history behind this? If you can cite sources, that
would be even better. I've gotten the question often from my Cubs (and
others) and haven't been able to find any explanation.
