That, in my opinion, is not a problem the adults need to be
involved in. Sit down with the Crew leaders and see how
they would like to do it. Maybe they could distribute a
crew preference survey indicating program and crew-mate
preferences. From there the Crew leaders could make the
determinations.

trek? We have 2 crews and we are just starting to determine
