for anyone with balence problems or the need to rest on something, get some
hiking poles. if money is an issue,your in scouts right, talk to a skier or
go on e-bay, get an old pair of ski poles. skiers don't know what to do with
their old poles.talk to the local ski club . for those of you down south. ski
areas up north throw away old ski poles. bill koller
