I have a hard time getting X-Treme stoves and fuel locally. The specialty
stores like items that do not get discounted and are not carried by
K-Mart/Wal-Mart. They do not want to get stuck with inventory when the
discounters decide to use these items as loss leaders. They stick with MSR
and other brands, one that seem more exotic and do not suit my needs as well
as Coleman does.
I love my X-Treme, it is too easy to teach to young Scouts and provisional
Philmont Crews how to use properly.
