I don't believe cotton underwear will kill you, but it sure is mighty
uncomfortable if you get caught in a rain storm & have cold soggy's under
there, and cotton will stay soggy for a very_long time.
My recent treks have been without underwear at all - purchase men's shorts
with a mesh brief liner & your problems are solved.
