Awesome post Douglas!!! You are definitely right on. We advisors (me included) can get a case of tunnel vision because we are so focused on the crew and the dynamics of their experience that we forget about the impact that the staff has on that very expe
rience. So far, three of our crew have gone on to Rayado and one has been a Ranger. We are hoping to come back to Philmont in 2003. Keep your fingers crossed and thanks for presenting another side of the story. IWTGBTP!
