When we went 3 years ago I used Coolmax undies bought from Campmor. The fit, none of that naging riding up, were cool and i had no problems at all. I also used a coolmax sports bra and coolmax shirts. I can recommend both. The sweat evaporated with none of
that clingy feeling. I recommend you try various products on your training hikes and see what feels comfortable.I don't like the nylon shorts with liners because the tend to ride up on me and rub my legs. I only use them to excersise in and even then I s
