These rates are less than 10% of median rates for this time of year.
Unless the spring runoff hasn't started yet (not likely with daytime
highs in the 70's), or there are some significant late season
rains/snow, (or someone built a dam at Fish Camp) it looks like a VERY
dry year at Philmont. There was a recent article in the Sangre de
Christo Chronicle about area drought and water shortage conditions.
