RE: [Philmont]: Short Treks

Our short trek ran just like the regular trek.

The ranger was with us until the start of our 3rd day
on the trail.

The only differences we saw between the two types of
treks were related to the time of the year as many of
the Philmont staff are preparing to leave for home. In
fact, we 'closed' several of the backcountry camp as
we passed through. We still had a great time and in
fact got a little extra attention in some camps
because we were the last to pass through.
