[Philmont]: Itinerary Cross References for 2003 to 1999

I have updated my Itinerary Cross Reference charts to include 2003. They
are at:

Since I started this effort in 2000, a number of others have created
itinerary information pages, some with more and better information. My
charts may be of general interest to those who have not finalized their
selections for 2003, but they are perhaps of more interest to those who are
familiar with the older treks and want to see what has changed from year to
year.
