I don't know if you have any experience with the St. James Hotel in Cimmaron
or not but we stayed there the summer before last the before our arrival to
Philmont. Based on that experience I would not recommend it to anybody. It
was way overpriced and under maintained in my personal opinion. I couldn't
sleep there comfortably.
