[Philmont]: {re:} Crew Leader

In my opinion, having the crew leaders position on a rotating basis is courting
disaster. The leadership of the crew leader will improve as the trek progresses
and they become more comfortable and confident.

The adults should not be involved in the crew leader selection. That should be
left to the youth members of the crew.
