[Philmont]: tent mates

I am an advisor for a Council contingent crew. 3 adults, 9 scouts. Was
planning on using Philtents but understand they are only 2 man. Where does
the 3rd adult go or the odd scout ? 2 of us advisors have sons going and
thought about switching off tenting with them every other day. ( this would
give us a break from the other advisor who snores louder than a freight
train) I do have a solo backpack tent of my own and also a three man that
would accommodate the odd number of scouts but am waffling on which way to
go. Any suggestions?
