Based on many past responses and actual practice, somewhat more accurate
to say:
"...5 1/2 pounds plus the weight of the stakes you have to bring".
"No one man tents for Scouts".
"No bivy-sacks or similar, very low profile tents".
and yes, on the latter two comments, this IS to say "There are rules,
and then there are 'real' rules".
