I have never had a need to use turkey bags to prepare Philmont food. We do
however use small plastic scrapers (about the size of the palm of your hand)
to get all the food off of the pots. We clean and sanitise these scrapers at
each meal, then someone gets to eat every last drop of the prepared food. I
think we have had two or three of them for the different courses.
