Still I would rather clean the pot and use Sierra Cups than have to carry a
couple packages of zip lock bags or even worse, large insulated cups. It
still will take no more than 10 minutes each night to clean out the pot and
the space we save will be worth the effort. With 12 people, each one will
have to clean the pot no more than once during the trek. Is not like you
are going anywhere after dinner and have to hurry. And the yum-yum bag can
go into the oops bear bag if all of the other bags were already hung.

If someone wants to eat less one night and someone wants more, that is a
lot easier when you do one pot cooking.
