I'd guess that you would need a large Sierra cup (12oz?). Most (all?) of
our crew members used plastic bowls. I had a 16oz lexan bowl.

Plastic also has the advantage of being more of an insulator as opposed to a
metal cup which acts like a heat sink. Considering the time you must wait
for the ingredients to rehyrdate, I'd think you'd lose a lot of heat with a
metal cup. If you want to go with a cup vs. a bowl, you might consider a
plastic one. Lexan is virtually unbreakable.
