depends on the cup. I have a 16oz Sierra cup that I swear by.
The only argument that I've heard agains th Sierra cups that I agree with
is that metal is a great conductor of heat and the food stuffs within will
cool off faster. But I don't usually savor my backpacking food as much as
I inhale it.
