As I mentioned previously, splitting/mixing the dry ingredients is not a
problem. To rehydrate both meals together would require a very large
mug/bowl, and even if weight is not an issue, volume could be. Plus
everyone ends up with a much larger bowl to clean. You also lose the
ability to tweak your meal consistency and rehydrate time.

However, everyone has their own preferences, so go try it. GSI makes a 32oz
lexan mug which seems to be more of a meal prep utensil than for individual
drinks. It does come with a screw-on cap that could help improve the
rehyrdration process. But I wouldn't want to use it for advisors coffee.

I would leave the coffee pot at home. A general cooking pot is more useful
and you're going to need one anyway.
