The drawback to the cup-o-meal with a Sierra cup is that you have to wait
for the ingredients to rehydrate, and while that is happening it is losing
heat. Depending on the type of meal it may take a while to rehydrate and
you could end up with a it being cold. Perhaps a specially shaped/cut piece
of closed cell pad and Velcro could solve that.

Other than that Sierra cups are great. Since they're made of metal you can
apply heat to them, unlike plastic bowls or mugs. I also have 16oz, but
they are not real easy to find. Typically you'll see 8 and 12 oz.-ers.
