I still swear by my 16oz sierra cup. That should be big enough for one
portion of any course of a meal. Most 2-person meals I've seen say add
2-cups water, and when split in two will re-hydrate fine in my sierra cup.
With flat angled sides, the sierra cup whould be even easier to clean than
a lexan bowl. Just whip out a scraper and go to town. (or fingers work well)
The poster that mentioned insulation was I think referring to the relative
insulatory power of a plastic or lexan bowl as compared to a metal cup.
