[Philmont]: Bear attack crew gets Heroism awards

Anyone up in the Little Rock area may have more accurate info on this but it
is my understanding that the crew that was attacked by a bear at Philmont 2
years ago (the case of the upchuck in the zip lock bag that was left out)
has received the Heroism award. I was told that at the Quapaw Council dinner
11 crew members were bestowed the awards by the young man who had been
attacked by the bear. This is to the best of my knowledge, apologies if any
is in error.
