[Philmont]: RE: Emergency Procedures

Just incase anyone doesn't know what Emergency Procedures are, it is what
your crew does when someone is injured/lost and the crew must go to the
closest radio for help. It is usually a list of thing to do and write
down. The Ranger goes over this and normally has the crew leader write it
down on the back of the map.
