We are Expedition 612. Our last night is at Miners Park. It is also my son's 16th birthday. He has kind of mixed emotions. He thinks it is a neat way to spend his birthday, but he is bummed that he does not get to take his driving test that day.
To kind of help smooth things over I wanted to have a special desert for dinner that night. Something that is not real difficult or time consuming (and does not weigh a ton since I will be carrying it the entire way), but a step above what we will have had the previous several evenings.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
