Our crew had a similar situation in 2001. We actually carried all of the fixings for a cake with us on the trail and at one of the staff camps ( I think it was Ponil ) we approached the staffers with our situation. They were great (as usual) and they let us bake the cake in their oven and we
had a party that evening.
I'm sure the staff at any of your stops would be as helpful..
