[Philmont]: Carson Meadows

Can anyone tell me anything about the subject trail camp? It is a trail
camp for Abreu and is NOT on my 2002 topo map. Is it new? Itinerary 11
USED to go to Lookout Meadow for the Abreu trail camp (2003 and prior), so
I am just trying to understand the change. Thanks.
