Sorry Ed, you've been hoaxed, 'jdbgmgr.exe' is a legitimate file.
At one time there was info on it at the Symantec (Norton) web site, don't know
if it is still there though. I would suspect that there is something on
Microsoft's web site too.
Again, 'jdbgmgr.exe' is OK., it is there to work with JAVA.
Already been down this trail, no need to go there again.
