[Philmont]: New maps

If you are using the sheet labeled "New 2005 Philmont Sectional Maps" to
order your maps by, check closely. For itinerary 21 only the NW and NE maps
are listed. Since this itinerary comes in over tooth ridge, the SE map will
be required if the diagram on the sheet is correct.
