I decided to try a set during our shakedowns, and as a result they got
committed as our tarp poles. I'm *REALLY* glad I had them ... four feet are
definately better than two. They really made things easier, both accending
where you can actually use your arms to help climb and decending where they
help keep you upright.

I won't trek again without them ...
