REDLEDGE rain gear has worked great for me and others in my Troop over the
past 4 years backpacking at Philmont in 2001 and two years at the Boundary
Waters Canoe Area (BWCA). It is light weight, compresses well and is
cheaper than Marmot Pre-Cip rain gear. Marmot Pre-Cip is definitely
heavier duty than REDLEDGE. Being on a budget, I chose to put more money
in my boots. The choice is yours.
