A great tool for all leaders is to attend a Woodbadge Course. There are
several sessions that deal with team building and leadership. One is
specifically for forming, storming, performing issues. Then take home the skills and
teach them to your youth members. Another great opportunity is to get some of
your older youth to assist by serving on the Venture Crew team made up of
youth members. The new NYLT course is also a great course for youth members to
go through.
