[Philmont]: Waiting list for 2006

I spoke with Betty in camping registration today to get the status of the
2006 waiting list, and to learn the dates of my council's 2006 expeditions.

She is currently working with number 31, and could be working with number
100 in several months. I was surprised by this because I didn't expect many
waiting list contacts until the fall payment is overdue. She seemed to
indicate that more reservations than normal were canceled for lack of a
January payment.

Just an FYI for the 2006 hopefuls. Of course there were 1726 groups on the
waiting list originally, so most groups should make alternate plans.
