We used the 4 liter platypus canteens. They also work well in camps
that have water. We could fill up all the 4 liters, have plenty of
water in camp, fill our water bladders and Nalgenes before we hit the
trail. Lot's of water in camp, and in the dry camps we had more than
enough.

Too heavy for an individual to carry, IMO. The four liters are bad
enough!
