At least last year, the Trail menu for the summer was available in early April. It was provided as Word documents in two formats - two pages with just the items in each of the meals, and a much longer form organized by type of meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with a listing of all ingredients of every item.
I reformatted the two to be a single document (posted at http://www.thewills.net/watchu/Docs/Philmont_2005_menu.pdf) where the first two pages are the contents of the meal packages, followed by the ingredients of each of the items.
While I will be willing to do a similar re-formating this year, I have no reason to contact Philmont and get the source document(s). If someone in your crew needs that information, you should rely on the official Philmont version and not my re-formated one. But once you get the information from Philmont (in Word format), please copy it to me and I will prepare a 2006 version for posting.
