RE: [Philmont]: Water for dry camps

I was told, that the dry camps were there to teach; conservation, water
management etc. There are plenty of camps that if you wanted to plan a trip
without a dry camp you could. Consequently Philmont sends you to a dry camp
on purpose. I think cooking dinner at lunch sort of ignores that idea or
opportunity.
