I would say a lesson was learned. I see your point, and if the
opportunity is presented as a pain in the back, you are correct, it
probably is a wasted opportunity or worse. Presented properly, even if
the solution is dinner for breakfast, it still works.
But I big thank you for getting me to pause and think about how we work that.
