RE: [Philmont]: Water for dry camps

The point, I believe, is to get the youth to pause and think.

Are we taking the things we learn from the list and saying to the youth this
is how we are going to do it. Or are we saying, these are the things I have
learned from various sources, what do you know, and what is the best way for
you, the youth of the crew to solve these problems? (With adult oversight.)
