[Philmont]: Trek #30 day-by-day mileage?

Hi All: I recall the Interactive Ranger CD has miles and altitude change for
each day but can't locate my CD. I'd buy another one but no longer see it
listed on the ToTT. If someone could respond, on or off post, with the day
by day info, I'd greatly appreciate it.
