[philmont] front line stuff

Good advice, Bill. Pretty cool to be included in that magazine.
   
  I made it once myself in the "Worth Retelling" column. This was from back in my Cubmaster days.
   
  Go to http://www.scoutingmagazine.org/ , go to "Search" and type in my last name "Swiggum". You'll get a story about a group of Webelos, one Webelos Scout in particular, at a winter event. Pretty funny stuff.
