How do the other council contingents weigh in on contingent crew CSP's??

Patriots' Path has been issuing contingent CSPs since 1999 (was
Morris-Sussex then) - same colors and pattern, just the year changing. Each
participant is issued two, and can buy additional ones.

At Camporees and other District or Council events you see a lot of them, so
I believe most keep it on long after their trip (the one on my uniform is
from 2001). From a Council perspective they are also an awareness/marketing
tool for participants in future contingents.
