Hi Rich
The 2007 menu can be found at:
http://www.scouting.org/highadventure/philmont/camping/menus.aspx
Pat Adams, Commissary Director, will probably be putting up the 2008 menu soon.

I am a seasonal employee at Philmont Scout Ranch, and I know what I am talking about, but I DO NOT SPEAK FOR PHILMONT. Opinions expressed here are those of the writer, and not the permanent staff of Philmont Scout Ranch or the Boy Scouts of America.

We've got a pretty standard set of trail meals that we've used in our troop for the last several years, and they are fine, but I was hoping to get my guys the opportunity to cook the same meals they'd have at Philmont on their final shakedown hike on the AT over Memorial Day. Unfortunately I just went to ToT website to order meals and they are out of 2007 leftovers, so there are no Philmont meals to be had. That said, I don't mind putting them together myself if someone knows where to find the menu online. Is that our there somewhere so we can simulate the same food we'll have on our trek?
