I emailed Pat on Friday and he responded immeadiately
 and said they were
just waiting for one more shipment of food from
 Richmoor. He thought
they'd have the 08 menu finalized by this next Friday.

  And then the fun begins. All hands on deck so to speak, available that is. All employees including mothers, sisters, brothers and daddys get in on the act of putting the little packages into the big packages to make PhilMeals that was all enjoy so much and tear apart at first opportunity to get rid of what we don't like adn scrounge what we do.
   
  Think about the edication it takes of permanent staff and family to stuff all those plastic bags.
