I have the Philmont waypoints in both .loc and .g7t formats. You can download the files, use EasyGPS (free) or G7toWin (free) to upload the waypoints into your GPSr and then hook your GPSr up to your Garmin Mapsource and download the waypoints into Mapsourse. Save that file as a .gpx file.
The files are available at either the PhilmontForum.com site in the Downloads section, or at http://crew445.org/philmont/philmontwaypoints.htm.
If I have time this evening, I'll add a .gpx waypoint file of Philmont waypoints to the PhilmontForum site since that is the format I use now, too.
