I see lot's of folks have replied. As amazing as it may seem, there are a
lot of folks that have been to Philmont that have never heard of or read
anything on this list.
Some folks listen to the folks at logistics, who tell crews that:
- If you are passing by a camp and want to do the activity, go for it.
- Pee off the wing at trail peak.
So, until the logistics crew align with the list, I say go with the
logistics advise.
