[philmont] SHAC Council Contingent

We have been awarded a council contingent slot from Sam Houston Area Council
for 2009. We are required to post our first deposit with the council by
4/21, so I need to brief our troop committee next Tuesday. I have been to
Philmont once, but not as part of a council contingent. Is there anyone out
there who has been with a SHAC contingent recently that could briefly
outline any differences? (The person at SHAC who handles this is sick right
now or I would ask her directly.)
