[philmont] Drying Water Carriers

Greetings,

I have found that turning them upside down and putting in a paper towel
with at least a third of the paper towel being outside the water carrier
will get the moisture out. I also do this with ice chests.

The paper towel will absorb the moisture and wick the water to the
outside leaving the inside of the container dry.

I am and used to be an Eagle.
