Gentlemen (and Ladies)
If I recall, the scout oath is " On my honor, I will do my best". I don't
think that we can ask for more than the Scouts best. We must always remember
that we are building good citizens, young people who are going to be our
leaders in the future. We should provide the proper example.
That requires us to be a stable force. A staple in the BSA is to recognize
an accomplishment as soon as possible to re-enforce an achievement. It seems
to me that withholding something as important as a Phimont Patch is perhaps,
a little, well LITTLE.
