I saw this posting, and wasn't sure what to make of it.
I discussed the 2004 call-ins with Mark Anderson when
I was at PTC, and he had indicated they would proceed
as scheduled for unit reservations.
I figured Mr. Morris may have implied something different
than he meant, and that he was talking about that units
can't make reservations for 2003 at the moment, only
council contingents are taking scouts right now, since
the call in is over for 2003. However, maybe Mr. Morris
can clarify for us what he meant.
