         Bill, the rules state that a UNIT can't go in back-to-back years.

         An individual can go as many times as he wants. My sons and I did
a backpack trek AND a Cavalcade this year.

         I forget where Wally is from, but when we had a few openings, I
broadcast an email and he stated to me (DFW, TX area) that he was
interested. By the time I responded back, he had found another Crew that
had openings and he went with them.

         With a little hustle and lists like this, an individual can go in
back-to-back years and more than once a year.

         No rule against that.
