Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. After a 2 week trip this summer
up thru WY, MT, ID, OR, UT, CO - After a day or two of twisting,
winding, roads thru the hills & mountains I said "I get the picture &
I've seen enough, give me a piece of flat ground for a change of pace."
There was not a more beautiful sight than returning home to the flat
plains of Kansas and seeing as far as the eye could see and the
sunset/sunrise covering the whole horizon. Whoever thinks flat is
boring needs to spend more time & take longer looks. There is a lot to
see on the prairies - and it is beautiful.
